The disclosure must be signed by the seller and appended to the offer agreement. The California Real Estate Agent Listing Agreement is a contract that gives a broker the power to sell an owner`s property on their behalf. The agreement allows them to list the property and, in most cases, offer them exclusivity on the real estate transaction and the potential commission. Other conditions are set out in the agreement, such as the list price, the agent`s commission rate or royalty, the duration of the offer period, the advertising methods and any other conditions desired by the seller. Once the reference contract is signed by the agent and the seller, the parties are subject to the conditions until the expiry of the contract or until the property is sold.
